Funds from operations ("FFO") and adjusted funds from operations ("AFFO") for the three months ended March 31, 2025 totaled and , respectively, per diluted common share. Items Impacting Our Results include: During the first quarter of 2025, the Company acquired a property for cash consideration of approximately $9.7 million which was accounted for as a sale-leaseback transaction.
