EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., July 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CHF Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:CHFS) today announced the closing of its previously-announced underwritten public offering of 2,547,169 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $2.12 per share, for gross proceeds of $5.4 million, including the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option to purchase additional shares of CHF Solutions common stock, prior to deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by CHF Solutions. Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc., a subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. (NYSE American:LTS), acted as sole book-running manager in connection with the offering. Dawson James Securities, Inc. acted as co-manager for the offering. The company intends to use the net proceeds for the offering for general corporate purposes, including the expansion of its field sales force and commercial organization.
