CHF Solutions ( CHFS ) announced the closing of its previously-announced underwritten public offering of 2,547,169 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $2.12 per share, for gross proceeds of $5.4M. Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc, acted as sole book-running manager in connection with the offering. Dawson James Securities, Inc. acted as co-manager for the offering. The company intends to use the net proceeds for the offering for general corporate purposes, including the expansion of its field sales force and commercial organization.
