EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., March 20, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CHF Solutions (Nasdaq: CHFS) today announced the pricing of a registered direct offering of 4,161,392 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $0.30 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $1,248,000, prior to deduction of commissions and offering expenses payable by CHF Solutions. In a concurrent private placement, the Company agreed to issue to the investors in the registered direct offering unregistered warrants to purchase up to 4,161,392 shares of the Company’s common stock. Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. is acting as exclusive placement agent in connection with the offering. The Company intends to use the net proceeds for the offering for general corporate purposes, including the continued investment in commercialization efforts. The warrants to purchase up to 4,161,392 shares of common stock have an exercise price of $0.3726 per share, will be exercisable six months from the date of iss
