It’s not. Yes, it will be a long haul, as the Prime Minister affirmed last week. We need to develop an effective vaccine before the crisis can truly end, but that day will come. However, life on the other side may be very different from the one we remember from just a few weeks ago. Last week, I looked at some of the changes I expect to see . They included more people working from home, significantly greater use of eCommerce, and an acceleration in the use of robotics.
