The brand aims to serve guests seeking apartment-style accommodation for longer durations. Each Everhome Suites property provides spacious suites with modern design, fully equipped kitchens, and other amenities. Long-time Choice Hotels collaborator Highside Companies developed the new hotels. The latest additions include Everhome Suites San Antonio, which opened in October 2025. The property is close to South Texas Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base, and corporate offices, including Wells Fargo and USAA. The location also supports leisure travellers accessing SeaWorld San Antonio and downtown venues. Launched in November 2025, Everhome Suites Bowling Green addresses demand from Western Kentucky University visitors, GM Corvette Assembly Plant personnel, and those working at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.
