The second half of the year was marked by rapidly falling commodity prices particularly for natural gas, a trend which continues today, causing a much softer commodity price outlook in 2020. Despite the challenging macro pricing environment, which has further deteriorated in recent weeks with the global reduction in economic activity, we have built on our progress from 2019 to deliver strong execution on our oil-weighted capital program and improved cash flow generation relative to our expectations so far this year. To date, in the face of challenging market conditions, we highlight a plan for 2020 that is built on capital discipline and cash flow maximization, reducing year-over-year CapEx by approximately 30%. We are targeting flat oil volumes, declining gas production and a free cash flow-neutral business in 2020. We have $300 million in debt maturing in the second half of this year.
