BOSTON, Oct. 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The China Fund, Inc. (NYSE: CHN) (the "Fund") announced today that the Fund liquidated as planned on October 29, 2025, and the proportionate interests of stockholders in the assets of the Fund were determined as of that date. Prior to the opening of business on October 30, 2025, shares of the Fund will cease trading on the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE"). The Fund's primary liquidating distribution is anticipated to be paid in cash on October 31, 2025. Below is the expected liquidating distribution to be paid by the Fund.
