The competing offers, disclosed this morning, signal early interest from potential buyers seeking full ownership of the Chinese mobile internet and AI-focused technology group. According to the company, the first proposal was submitted by Zhongsheng Dingxin Investment Fund Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd., an existing shareholder, offering US$0.56 in cash per share.
