Study of Telecom and IT Engineers Explores AI’s Impact on the Network HANOVER, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A global study commissioned by Ciena (NYSE: CIEN) sheds light on communications service providers’ (CSPs) growing optimism toward Artificial Intelligence (AI).
