DIGI America Inc., a technology company that supplies equipment to major retailers, signed a lease for 21,017 square feet at Northpark at Bridgewater, located at 1488 Route 22, near Interstates 78 and 287. The building includes 36-foot clear ceilings, 12 tailboard docks, a drive-in door and LED lighting. It also offers more than 100 parking spaces. DIGI America provides supermarket scales, automated wrapping machines, label printers and packaging solutions to retailers, including Costco and Walmart. “DIGI America's lease reflects both the quality of Northpark at Bridgewater and the sustained demand for Class-A industrial space in the Somerset County market,” Kristine B.
