Dallas, Texas, Nov. 05, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CompX International Inc. (NYSE American: CIX) announced today net sales of $40.0 million for the third quarter of 2025 compared to $33.6 million in the same period of 2024. Operating income was $4.8 million in the third quarter of 2025 compared to $3.3 million in the same period of 2024. Net income was $4.2 million, or $.34 per basic and diluted common share, for the third quarter of 2025 compared to $3.5 million, or $.28 per basic and diluted common share, in the same period of 2024. For the nine months ended September 30, 2025, net sales were $120.6 million compared to $107.5 million in the previous year. Operating income was $17.0 million for the first nine months of 2025 compared to $12.1 million for the same period in 2024.
