WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT), a lodging real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in upscale, extended-stay hotels and premium-branded, select-service hotels, today announced results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025.Fourth Quarter 2025 Key ItemsPortfolio Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) – Declined 1.8 percent to $131 compared to 2024 fourth quarter RevPAR of $133 for the 33 comparable hotels. Average daily rate (ADR) decreased 0.9 percent to $179, and occupancy slipped 70 basis points to 73 percent.Net Income (loss) – Earned net income applicable to common shareholders of $3 million in the 2025 fourth quarter compared to a loss of $4 million in the 2024 fourth quarter.
