Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer — Lourenco Goncalves Chief Financial Officer — Celso Goncalves Takeaways Adjusted EBITDA -- ($81 million) loss, driven by "weaker automotive demand and the impact of lagged pricing." Fiscal Q4 shipments -- 3.8 million tons, lower than the previous quarter due to "continued idling of the C6 furnace," seasonal demand declines, and partial-quarter Stelco contribution. (Fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2024.) Fiscal Q4 realized price -- $976 per net ton, down $70 per ton sequentially, "mostly driven by the incorporation of Stelco and their lower price mix." Unit cost reduction -- $15 per net ton sequential quarter decrease from Stelco's inclusion; $30 per ton full-year decrease achieved as guided; additional $40 per net ton cost decline guided for 2025 (average basis), attributable to Stelco and improved operational mix. SG&A expenses -- Decreased by nearly $100 million, or 16%, in 2024 due mainly to lower incentive compensation.
