CLS delivered robust Q3 results, with revenue up 28% YoY and EPS up 52% YoY, driven by strength in the CCS segment. The issue is pricing perfection: ~36x FY2026 EPS for an EMS firm with ~7.4% EBIT margin, limited structural margin upside, and high AI-capex cyclicality exposure. Current consolidation could break higher if AI demand accelerates, but any normalization or margin ceiling risks sharp multiple compression.
