February 24, Clarivate Plc (NYSE:CLVT) released its fiscal Q4 2025 earnings. Following the release, RBC Capital lowered the firm's price target on the stock from $5 to $3 and maintained a Sector-Perform rating. ?The company posted $617 million in revenue, reflecting 6.94% year-over-year decline and missed estimates by $12.21 million. However, the EPS of $0.20 topped estimates by $0.04. Management attributed the decline in revenue to the ongoing divestitures and disposals.
