HONG KONG, Sept. 19, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (NASDAQ: CLWT) (the "Company") announced today that its board of directors has authorized the issuance of bonus shares (the "Bonus Shares"), which are issuable on October 8, 2019 to shareholders of record as of September 23, 2019 (the "Record Date"). Shareholders of record on the Record Date will receive one (1) ordinary share for every two (2) ordinary shares held. All issuances resulting in a fractional share will be rounded down to the next whole share.Shareholders do not need to take any action to receive the Bonus Shares. Shares held in brokerage accounts and street name should receive the Bonus Shares by credit to their brokerage account.
