On February 23, Caledonia Mining Corporation PLC (NYSEAM:CMCL) confirmed the appointment of Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe and CBZ Bank Limited as co-lead arrangers of a $150 million financing pact. The company plans to use the $150 million financing to support the development of the Bilboes gold project in Zimbabwe. The funding should be in place by mid-2026, subject to customary lender processes and approvals.
