CORTINA D'AMPEZZO, Italy — Mikaela Shiffrin has her first opportunity to add to her Olympic medal collection. The two-time Olympic champion is paired with Olympic downhill gold medalist Breezy Johnson in the team combined, and the two will be favored after winning it at last year's world championships, when it made its debut. In the team combined, one skier does a downhill run and the other does a slalom run. This is the first time it's being done at the Olympics, replacing the individual combined. The United States has multiple medal contenders in the event. Two of its four teams feature two skiers who've been on the podium this World Cup season: Shiffrin won seven slalom races, and Johnson got bronze in the last super-G before the Olympics; while Jackie Wiles was third in a downhill last month, and Paula Moltza
