Chipotle has missed revenue estimates for five consecutive quarters, with management lowering full-year comparable sales guidance to a low single-digit decline. Consensus estimates now project muted revenue through Q1 FY26, while EPS is expected to decline over the next two quarters, which is very disappointing in my opinion. Despite operational initiatives and international expansion, Chipotle's 30x FY25 P/E is unjustified amid severe downward revisions to forward guidance.
