Skip forward 14 years, and Rosenberg's fast casual stir fry and salads concept continues its conquest of the northeastern U.S. market. Rosenberg founded the first honeygrow, which stands for “honest eating + growing local,” in Center City, Philadelphia in 2012. Rosenberg said the seeds for honeygrow took root when he was a history major at Penn State main campus.
