DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Capstead Mortgage Corporation (NYSE: CMO) announced today that it will pay a fourth quarter 2019 common dividend of $0.15 per common share on January 17, 2020 to stockholders of record as of December 31, 2019.Capstead’s Board of Directors also declared a fourth quarter 2019 dividend of $0.46875 per share on the Company’s 7.50% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: CMOPRE). This dividend is payable on January 15, 2020, to Series E preferred stockholders of record as of December 31, 2019.About CapsteadFormed in 1985 and based in Dallas, Texas, Capstead is a self-managed real estate investment trust, or REIT, for federal income tax purposes.
