DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Capstead Mortgage Corporation (NYSE: CMO) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a first quarter 2020 common dividend of $0.15 per common share. The dividend is payable on April 20, 2020 to common stockholders of record as of March 31, 2020.Capstead’s Board of Directors also declared a first quarter 2020 dividend of $0.46875 per share on its 7.50% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: CMOPRE). This dividend is payable on April 15, 2020 to Series E preferred stockholders of record as of March 31, 2020.About CapsteadFormed in 1985 and based in Dallas, Texas, Capstead is a self-managed real estate investment trust, or REIT, for federal income tax purposes.
