Pleasure and welcome you. My name is Theunis Eloff, Chairman of the Board. And in terms of the memorandum of incorporation, I preside as Chairman. The Secretary informs me that the necessary quorum is present, and I declare this meeting properly constituted. I suggest that the notice convening this meeting, which has been circulated and a copy of which is before you be taken as read. Is that agreed? Thank you very much.
