I've been informed that there is a quorum present. And as it is now 9:00 a.m., I declare this Annual General Meeting of Titomic Limited open and welcome you to this virtual meeting this morning. My name is Humphrey Nolan. I'm the Deputy Chairman of the company, and I'll be chairing this meeting today. Firstly, I'd like to thank you for your interest in and support of our company.
