Vincent Tese to Step Down Following Four Years of Dedicated Service NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Claros Mortgage Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CMTG) (the “Company” or “CMTG”) today announced that Denise Olsen has been appointed to its Board of Directors effective as of March 2, 2026. Ms. Olsen will serve as an independent director and a member of the Audit Committee. CMTG also announced that Vincent Tese advised CMTG’s Board that he will not stand for re-election at the Company’s Annual Meeting as a result of his decision to retire from the Board at the end of his current term.Ms. Olsen brings over 30 years of investment management experience across private and public real estate and related asset classes. Most recently, she served as a Senior Managing Director and Investment Committee member at GEM Realty Capital, and earlier in her career held investment roles at JMB Realty Corporation and EVEREN Securities. Ms. Olsen has served on the Board of Directors of First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc.
