drove Q2 net sales down to $106.8M from $126.6M a year ago, but improved product mix lifted gross margin to (from 27%) and adjusted EBITDA to $9.1M (from $2.9M). The company reported its fourth consecutive quarter of positive operating cash flow, ended the quarter with about $50M of available liquidity, secured $175M of net bookings (book-to-bill 1.64x) and a backlog of $732M , while covenant amendments have suspended certain leverage tests and allowed removal of the prior going-concern disclosure. Segment momentum is mixed: Satellite & Space sales fell ~31% as low-margin work was phased out but operating income improved and multiple modem programs are ramping toward production in fiscal 2026, while Allerium grew 6.2% to $56.2M with $107M of incremental funding on a multiyear contract and continued NG9-1-1 cloud migration and recurring revenue gains.
