U.S. carrier of international Corporate & Specialty insurer HDI Global (HDI), today announced the appointment of Ralph Christy as its new Engineering Lines & Construction Lead. With over two decades of industry experience, Christy will be responsible for driving growth and strengthening HDI's brand presence in this core underwriting unit. Christy brings extensive experience in underwriting Large Property, Boiler & Machinery, and Engineering Lines, having held senior roles at CNA and Zurich. He will be working remotely from Rhode Island and will report to Kai Brueggemann, Head of U.S. Marine & Engineering Lines. Brueggemann commented: "We are delighted to welcome Ralph to our team.
