(Nasdaq: CNOB) (the “Company” or “ConnectOne”), parent company of ConnectOne Bank (the “Bank”), today reported net income available to common stockholders of $36.3 million for the first quarter of 2026 compared with $38.0 million for the fourth quarter of 2025 and $18.7 million for the first quarter of 2025. Diluted earnings per share were $0.72 for the first quarter of 2026 compared with $0.75 for the fourth quarter of 2025 and $0.49 for the first quarter of 2025. Return on average assets was 1.10%, 1.12% and 0.84% for the three months ended March 31, 2026, December 31, 2025 and March 31, 2025, respectively.
