(Nasdaq: CNOB) (the “Company” or “ConnectOne”), parent company of ConnectOne Bank (the “Bank”), today reported net income (loss) available to common stockholders of $39.5 million for the third quarter of 2025 compared with $(21.8) million for the second quarter of 2025 and $15.7 million for the third quarter of 2024. Diluted earnings (loss) per share were $0.78 for the third quarter of 2025 compared with $(0.52) for the second quarter of 2025 and $0.41 for the third quarter of 2024. On June 1, 2025, the merger with The First of Long Island Corporation (“FLIC”) was completed, thus operating results for the second quarter include one month of activity from FLIC.
