COOTAMUNDRA, Australia, Oct. 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Australian Oilseeds Holdings Limited (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: COOT), a manufacturer and seller of sustainable edible oils to customers globally, today announced it has received written notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) informing the Company that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). This confirmation was followed by Nasdaq’s approval of the Company’s application to transfer the listing of its securities to The Nasdaq Capital Market, effective at the opening of business on October 31, 2025. The transfer of the Company’s listing to the Nasdaq Capital Market is not expected to have any immediate effect on trading in the Company’s securities.
