(NYSE: COR) today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the majority of the outstanding equity interests that it does not currently own in OneOncology, a physician-led national platform empowering independent medical specialty practices rooted in oncology, from TPG, a leading global alternative asset management firm.
