("Correvio" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: CORV) (TSX: CORV), today announced that Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. ("ISS"), a leading independent proxy advisory firm, released a report (the "ISS Report") recommending that Correvio shareholders vote in favor of the proposed plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") with ADVANZ PHARMA Corp. Limited ("ADVANZ PHARMA"). The Arrangement will be executed through a wholly-owned subsidiary of ADVANZ PHARMA.The ISS Report states, in addition to other things, that "The proposed arrangement offers to the company's shareholders certainty of value due to its all-cash structure and provides significant premium to the unaffected price of the company's share and immediate liquidity to shareholders.
