NEW YORK, Sept. 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cowen Inc. (NASDAQ:COWN) (“Cowen” or the “Company”) today announced that Mike Healey has been named Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of Markets, expanding his responsibilities from his prior position as COO of Equities. In his new role, Mr. Healey is responsible for overseeing and managing Cowen’s growth in Equities as well as in the Cross Asset Group, which is comprised of businesses formerly known as Special Situations, Credit and Alternative Credit.
