(NASDAQ: COYA) (“Coya” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing biologics that enhance regulatory T cell (Treg) function in patients with neurodegenerative disorders, today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 3,636,364 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $5.50 per share of common stock. Coya has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 545,454 additional shares of its common stock sold in the public offering at the public offering price per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
