Joshua Levine Rebecca Gardy Announces Retirement CAMDEN, N.J., March 13, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE The Campbell's Company (NASDAQ:CPB) (Campbell's) today announced the appointment of Joshua Levine as Chief Investor Relations Officer, effective March 18, 2026. Levine will report to Chief Financial Officer Todd Cunfer. Levine will lead the company's Investor Relations function, overseeing engagement with the investment community and supporting transparent, consistent communication with shareholders. He succeeds Rebecca Gardy, who announced her retirement from the company after six years of leadership in investor relations. "Josh is a highly respected investor relations leader with deep experience across finance, capital markets and the food industry," said Cunfer. "He has a strong track record of building trust and credibility with the investment community and partnering closely with business leaders.
