CALGARY, AB, May 6, 2024 /PRNewswire/ - Crescent Point Energy Corp. ("Crescent Point" or the "Company") (TSX: CPG) (NYSE: CPG) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement (the "Agreement") with Saturn Oil & Gas Inc. ("Saturn") to sell certain non-core assets in Saskatchewan (the "Assets") for $600 million in cash (the "Transaction")."We have strategically re-built our asset portfolio over the last few years to enhance our long-term sustainability," said Craig Bryksa, President and CEO of Crescent Point.
