REVENUE FORECAST: The U.K. energy company is forecast to post a revenue for 2023 of 35.13 billion pounds ($44.36 billion) based on a consensus of 12 analysts' forecasts compiled by FactSet. This would be an increase from 2022's GBP33.64 billion and a further jump from that year's statutory revenue of GBP23.74 billion. The statutory revenue excludes items and certain re-measurements. Advertisement ADJUSTED OPERATING PROFIT: Adjusted earnings before interest and taxes are expected at GBP2.685 billion based on a consensus of five analysts' forecasts. For 2022, Centrica booked GBP948 million. PRETAX PROFIT: The owner of British Gas is expected to swing to a GBP2.605 billion in full-year pretax profit, according to a consensus based on four analysts' forecasts, from a loss of GBP383 million.
