Rely's founder Victor Hakim, together with senior management, will continue to lead the business and will retain a significant ownership stake in Rely. Rely Home Logo Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Edison, New Jersey, Rely built a proprietary technology platform that simplifies home ownership by offering warranty contracts through Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Real Estate channels.
