HOUSTON, February 26, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. ("Cheniere Partners") (NYSE: CQP) today announced its financial results for fourth quarter and full year 2025. HIGHLIGHTS During the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2025, Cheniere Partners generated revenues of $2.9 billion and $10.8 billion, net income of $1.3 billion and $3.0 billion, and Adjusted EBITDA of $1.0 billion and $3.7 billion, respectively. With respect to the fourth quarter of 2025, Cheniere Partners declared a cash distribution of $0.830 per common unit to unitholders of record as of February 9, 2026, comprised of a base amount equal to $0.775 and a variable amount equal to $0.055. The common unit distribution and the related general partner distribution were paid on February 13, 2026.
