NORWOOD, Mass., Oct. 31, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Corbus Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRBP) (“Corbus” or the “Company”), an oncology and obesity company, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 4,744,231 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $13.00 per share, and, in lieu of common stock to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase 1,025,000 shares of its common stock, at a public offering price of $12.9999 per pre-funded warrant, for a total public offering size of approximately $75 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses. The exercise price of the pre-funded warrants is $0.0001 per share. In addition, Corbus has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 865,384 shares of its common stock on the same terms and conditions. All of the securities in the offering are being sold by Corbus. The offering is expected to close on or about November 3, 2025,
