Customer relationship management software firm Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM)'s stock is down by 20% over the past year and by 25% year-to-date. Truist discussed the firm on April 16th, as it kept a $280 share price target and kept a Buy rating on the stock. The bank's coverage came after Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM) held its TDX developer conference in San Francisco. After attending the event, Truist formed the impression that the firm's products were not being threatened by LLM software that allows users to code their own products. Additionally, the bank also outlined that Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM)'s Slack product carried great potential to integrate agentic AI within its Slackbot platform.
