(OTC ID: CSBB) today announced fourth quarter 2025 net income of $1,869,000 or $0.71 per basic and diluted share, as compared to $2,319,000, or $0.87 per basic and diluted share, for the same period in 2024. For the twelve-month period ended December 31, 2025, net income totaled $13,363,000 compared to $10,012,000 for the same period last year, an increase of 33%. Annualized returns on average common equity ("ROE") and average assets ("ROA") for the quarter were 5.83% and 0.58%, respectively, compared with 7.99% and 0.76% for the fourth quarter of 2024. Pre-Provision Net Revenue ("PPNR") (a non-GAAP measure) totaled $6.1 million during the quarter, an increase of $1.0 million, or 19%, from the prior year's fourth quarter.
