Cisco stock rose 0.9% on Wednesday to $80.25, closing at a record high for the first time since March 27, 2000. This new record comes as shares have jumped 36% this year and are on pace for their best year to date performance through Dec. 10 since 2009, according to Dow Jones Market Data.
