However, a federal bankruptcy court denied a proposed settlement agreement with two of its largest creditors on Thursday, with the judge ordering DON Enterprises to come up with a new reorganization plan by March 29. The nonprofit agency of Disability Options Network filed an amended proposed Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan on Feb. 16. That plan was the one denied, prompting the entity to now come up with a second amended plan. Under the denied plan and settlement agreement, the agency would have listed 331-333 E. Washington St. for sale, which formerly housed Four Brothers restaurant and other short-lived restaurants; the Packard Paint building at 318 E. Washington St. and 602 Court St. The net proceeds of any sale, after the real estate broker's commission, would have been distributed to DON Management and Cheryl Shaffer-Lloyd, the widow and executor of the estate of DON founder Christopher Lloyd, known collectively as the “Lloyd parties,” free and clear of any liens or encumbranc
