a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the pan-Canadian Pharmaceutical Alliance (pCPA) for the public reimbursement of HEMGENIX ® (etranacogene dezaparvovec). HEMGENIX is the first one-time gene therapy authorized by Health Canada for the treatment of adults with hemophilia B who require routine prophylaxis to prevent or reduce the frequency of bleeding episodes. The successful completion of the LOI agreement allows provinces and territories outside of Quebec to proceed with listing HEMGENIX as part of their formularies.
