PADUCAH, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share. The cash dividend reflects the recent two-for-one stock split that was paid on April 30, 2019, to shareholders of record on April 11, 2019. The $0.18 per share cash dividend represents the same amount paid per share to shareholders the previous quarter on a post stock split basis. The cash dividend of $0.18 per share is payable on June 25, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 3, 2019. The quarterly dividend represents an indicated annual dividend rate of $0.72 per share. “Our cash dividend is part of our long-term program to build shareholder value,” stated Chairman and CEO Steven A.
