DALLAS, April 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CSW Industrials, Inc. (NYSE: CSW) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, representing an increase of $0.03 per share, or approximately 11%, from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on May 8, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 24, 2026. “We are pleased to announce the seventh increase in our quarterly dividend, reflecting our positive outlook for fiscal year 2027 as demonstrated by our strong balance sheet, cash flow generation and profitability.
