It reiterated a Buy rating on the stock. The firm noted that Cintas reported 8.2% organic growth, even though payroll growth remained limited. Earnings per share came in line with expectations but did not exceed them, which the analyst suggested could be tied to the timing of SG&A expenses. At the same time, the company raised its full-year outlook. With EBIT margins continuing to improve and the stock trading at a lower multiple, the analyst sees a compelling setup, especially when viewed against the longer-term potential of the pending UniFirst Corporation deal.
