(Nasdaq: CTNM) (Contineum or the Company), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering differentiated therapies for the treatment of neuroscience, inflammation and immunology (NI&I) indications, today announced the pricing of an upsized underwritten public offering of 7,346,938 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $12.25 per share. In addition, Contineum has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,102,040 shares of its Class A common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
